Avirel (a product of PALGEE HOSPITALITY SERVICES LLP) lets you delete your data, including data processed through WhatsApp.
To delete your Avirel account and all associated data — configuration, conversation history, transcripts and uploaded files — email admin@avirel.ai from your account address with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
If you messaged a business that uses Avirel and want your conversation data deleted, email admin@avirel.ai with the phone or WhatsApp number you used and the business you contacted. We forward the request to that business (the data controller) and delete the data we hold on their behalf within 30 days.
Messages and call transcripts, phone numbers, uploaded documents/images, and derived records (leads, notes). Some minimal records may be retained where required by law, then deleted.
